Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Vestara. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Vestara is a cultural research platform that blends traditional Chinese metaphysics (Zhou Yi / I-Ching, Five Elements, Plum Blossom numerology) with publicly available financial market data and AI-generated narrative reports. Vestara produces "Synchronicity Analysis" reports for informational and entertainment purposes.

Vestara is NOT a financial advisory service. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial guidance, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. See our Risk Disclosure for details.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Shared or automated account creation is prohibited.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use Vestara.

3. Credits and Payments

  • Vestara operates on a credit-based system. Each analysis consumes 1 credit.
  • Credits are purchased via Stripe at the prices displayed on the billing page.
  • New accounts receive 1 complimentary credit upon email confirmation. This free credit has no cash value.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  • We reserve the right to modify credit pricing. Existing purchased credits remain valid regardless of price changes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service or generate analyses in bulk.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated reports without prior written permission.
  • Rely on Vestara analyses as the sole or primary basis for actual financial trading decisions.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the proprietary Zhou Yi algorithms or AI prompt engineering.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, UI design, branding, and the Vestara name are the property of Vestara Cultural Research Group. Generated reports are provided to you under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own informational and entertainment use only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  • We do not warrant that analyses will be accurate, complete, or timely.
  • Market data is sourced from third-party providers (Finnhub, EastMoney) and may be delayed or inaccurate.
  • AI-generated report content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vestara and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of Vestara shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Not Financial Advice

We repeat and emphasize: Vestara does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Compatibility scores, ratings (Auspicious, Favorable, etc.), and narrative reports are cultural research outputs based on ancient philosophical frameworks. They are not investment recommendations. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

9. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting support@vestara.cc.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
  • Upon termination for cause, unused credits may be forfeited.
  • Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of Vestara after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
