Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you may receive a refund for credits purchased on Vestara.
1. Credit Purchases
Credits are digital goods delivered immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Once credits are added to your account, they are available for use right away.
2. Automatic Credit Refunds (Technical Issues)
If a technical error or system failure prevents the successful delivery of an analysis after your credit has been deducted, the credit is automatically refunded to your account balance. No action is required on your part.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Unused credits: Refund requests for unused credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Used credits: Credits that have been consumed to generate analyses are non-refundable. Each analysis delivers a complete report immediately upon generation.
- Dissatisfaction with results: Refunds are not available if you are unsatisfied with the content, accuracy, or outcome of a generated analysis. Vestara is a cultural research tool, and results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only (see Risk Disclosure).
4. Complimentary Credits
The 1 free credit provided upon account registration is complimentary and has no cash value. It is not eligible for refund or cash exchange.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for unused credits, please email support@vestara.cc with:
- Your registered email address.
- The Stripe receipt or transaction ID (found in your confirmation email).
- A brief reason for the refund request.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us at support@vestara.cc before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
